Our retreats includes daily yoga classes suitable for all levels, with skilled teachers guiding you through a morning and evening practice. Enjoy opportunities for relaxation, outdoor activities, and the exploration of the island’s natural beauty. "Join me for a rejuvenating retreat on Pico Island, where we’ll begin each day with Hatha yoga, breath work, and somatic movement to awaken the body and mind. Our morning sessions will include guided moving meditations that help us connect to the present moment and set a positive intention for the day. In the evenings, we’ll embrace restorative poses and Yoga Nidra, allowing for deep relaxation and introspection under the moonlight. I like to incorporate the Wildwood Tarot cards during our evening reflections to encourage personal insight and a deeper connection with our intuitive selves. Amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Pico, we will slow down, savouring the beauty of nature while creating space for reflection.
